If there are any concerns with your plant, please send a clear video/ photo within 6 hours of delivery time. We cannot guarantee further assistance if it is past this window due to the sensitive and live nature of the plants.
We pack our plants with the utmost care, but shipping can still cause minor stress and damage. We are not responsible for shipping-related damages.
