Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. To protect plant health, we ship Monday through Wednesday only. Orders placed later in the week may ship the following week to avoid weekend delays.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We currently ship via trusted carriers that provide tracking for every order.

Live Plant Shipping

Because we ship live plants, delivery times are important. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package promptly. We are not responsible for plants left outside in extreme heat, cold, or adverse weather conditions.

Weather Considerations

For the safety of our plants, we may delay shipping due to extreme weather conditions (such as heat waves, cold snaps, or storms). This helps ensure your plants arrive happy and healthy. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Issues

Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery errors. If an issue occurs, we’ll do our best to assist you in contacting the carrier.

Damaged or Dead on Arrival (DOA) Plants

If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 6 hours of delivery with clear videos/photos of the plant and packaging. We’ll review each case individually to ensure fair resolution.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
